Great Customer Service

Had driven to the Forks 1/2016 the weekend we had the torrential rains which closed the trails. We did not get charged for the night we stayed and were given a credit for another stay. It never snowed again last season and we received a full refund, amazing customer service!!
Ten of us came back this year for a father son trip and we had an amazing time. The staff was Great and the accommodations were better then expected. Liz treated us to another awesome experience and Jess did a fantastic job. Will definitely be staying at the Northern Outdoors again.
