Penobscot Rafting, Safety First!

I have the utmost respect for the rafting guides and crew at Northern Outdoors. My daughter fell out of the raft in the middle of the cribworks and while the raft went down the chute my daughter took the longer route. The guides kept their cool and composure and safely navigated our raft to an eddy below the pillow rock section while Ted was waiting with the red throw bag. My daughter was safely pulled into another raft, exhausted but safe. Thank you for the safety “talk” that occurs before each rafting trip, checking our vests and making everyone wear a helmet. I appreciate all the training that is required of your raft guides, it was obvious this day. Northern Outdoors is the only rafting company I would ever use and next year we will see you again. Thank you!
