Whether you plan ahead for an outdoor adventure summer vacation or need a last minute getaway, kids under 18 years old ALWAYS raft 50% off in June, July, and August when booked with full paying adults (friends and families). Offer valid Monday-Friday on the Penobscot and Kennebec Rivers, in June, July and August. Excludes July Kennebec Turbine Test date. Offer not valid for schools and youth groups. Minimum age for Kennebec River rafting trips is 8 years old for the lower, 10 years old for upper and lower Kennebec. Minimum age for Penobscot River rafting trips is 12 years old for lower, 14 years old for upper and lower Penobscot. These two great rivers vary in difficulty, so be sure to choose the river that is best for your family. The Kennebec River is Class III-IV, the Upper Penobscot is Class V white water. The Penobscot below the Cribworks is Class IV white water.
