Truly Fantastic

Just a quick note of thanks and recognition to both your company and your guides. My husband and I have been rafting both the Dead and Penobscot with multiple companies for the last 10 years. We decided this year to do a group family trip and introduce our kids to our love of rafting. One of the families we rafted with is a previous guest of yours and suggested we use your company and I am so happy we did. Your guides are funny, knowledgeable and really made the trip for everyone. I know from experience it can be a challenge taking kids on an adventure and Maggie and Whitney both handled all of our kids with ease. They both made sure the kids understood the commands and were ready to do what needed to be done to have the most fun possible! They were truly fantastic! Lunch on the river was super organized and delicious. Having done this for years, I can easily say, Northern Outdoors does it the best.

We also stayed onsite in the Tamarack cabin and what a beautiful cabin it is! It fit 12 of us comfortably and had everything we could need! Clean and comfortable and plenty of room.

Thank you for a truly memorable 4 days, we will be back next year, kids in tow, to raft the Dead!
